Do you charge hidden fees?

Can I speak to a clinician before paying?

We provide a free pre-assessment eligibility check to guide you. However, a formal clinical review requires a booked, paid consultation to cover the licensed clinician's time and expertise.

What if I’m not suitable after assessment?

If a pathway is deemed clinically inappropriate, the clinician will clearly explain why and, where possible, guide you toward alternative next steps or advise you to consult your GP. Consultation fees cover the assessment time and are non-refundable.

Do you offer discounts?

We focus on fair, consistent pricing for all patients rather than variable discounting, ensuring quality, safety, and operational standards remain our absolute priority.
