Daily Impact

Previous Care

A review of the treatments, therapies, or interventions you have already attempted previously.

Medical History

Safety & Oversight

Strict safety considerations, risk screening, and determining whether ongoing follow-ups are appropriate.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need a confirmed diagnosis?
Not always. However, existing medical records and prior investigation history can help a clinician assess your situation much more safely and accurately.
Do you guarantee treatment if my condition is listed?
No. Suitability is assessed entirely by a clinician and depends on your individual medical circumstances. There are no guarantees prior to a full clinical assessment.
Do you offer ongoing follow-ups?
Yes. Where a clinical pathway is established, ongoing monitoring and follow-up consultations are available—and often required—to ensure any treatment remains safe and appropriate.
Will I be offered a specific prescription?
Your clinician will discuss suitable options based on your individual assessment. We do not guarantee prescriptions. Treatment is only offered when it is deemed clinically appropriate.
Do I need to have tried other approaches first?
While a history of previous treatments (like physiotherapy, talking therapies, or prior medications) helps the clinician understand your journey, they will review your full history to determine the right next steps.
Is this a replacement for my GP or specialist?
No. We provide private consultations that complement your existing care. We highly recommend maintaining communication with your primary care provider. If you feel at risk of immediate harm, seek urgent support via appropriate emergency services.

Not sure where you fit?

Many patients have more than one concern (for example, pain affecting sleep). That’s normal. The eligibility check helps us guide you toward the right next step before you book.
